Giselle Pilates is a private Pilates studio. 

Female only

Welcome clients of all ages and fitness levels. 

All classes run for a total of 50 minutes.

Please notify your instructor before the class begins if you have any injuries, concerns, or are pregnant.

No latecomers will be accepted. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your class, the instructor reserves the right to refuse your participation, and you will lose your class pass.​

Please clean your mat and equipment after use.

The home studio is compact, and guests are not allowed in the studio.

All notifications will be sent through your emails. 

A reminder email will be sent 1 day before your class. If you need to cancel your class, make sure to cancel the class as soon as you receive the reminders.

All classes should be paid for up front.

Prepaid credits can be paid for by cash or bank transfer.

All the packages have different validity from 1 month to 6 months.

No extension will be allowed after expiry.

No refund will be accepted after purchase. (no exception)

No transfer is accepted after purchase.

Giselle can handle all bookings. Please get in touch with Giselle to book your session.

The online booking system is currently unavailable.

All slots will be ‘First-come, First-served.’

Cancellations or rescheduling classes must be done at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing your credit. 

If you book the wrong class, your pass cannot be reused. 

Giselle Pilates may cancel a class at any time and for any reason. You will be credited for any classes in this circumstance.

If you reserve a space in a class and do not show up without cancelling you will lose your class pass. No exceptions.
